• Download LG flash tool to the PC and extract / Unzip it
• Then double click on the Extracted file to open the utility. If, it doesn't open you need to install visual C++ runtime library and try again
• Download the correct Stock Firmware file to the PC and extract it too
• Now boot your LG handset into Download mode

• Then load the firmware file into the LG flash tool. And leave the rest part of the surface as default 
• Once you selected the firmware file then you need to select the flash option. There were two flashing options and if you think to have a full refresh then you can select CSE flash. But within that data will be wiped. And through the Normal flash your data will not be wiped 
• OK, now hit in the Start button and begin the flash process 
• If it ask the administrative permission then allow it
